A cool crisp fall day inspired this painting. This is the first of a series I will be painting from the North American continent of the West. I liked the way the cattle came down the creek bed side and followed the lead cow to the other side. It made for a nice composition ad I don't recall that I had seen this in a painting before. The title implies that something is going to happen til the cows come home. It is up to the viewer to decide what is going to happen.
